Serenity House is a masterclass in balance, where expansive civil proportions meet the quiet intimacy of home. By stripping away the urban noise of Pune, we’ve opened the floor plan to a dance of dappled sunlight and verdant greenery. It is more than a residence; it is a retreat designed for those who seek the sophistication of a luxury suite with the soul of a sun-drenched garden.
The design process began with extensive site analysis, studying wind patterns, sun paths, and the relationship between the cliff and ocean. Early schemes explored various configurations before arriving at the pavilion concept, which allows the building to follow the natural contours of the land.
