This 450 sqft builder’s office in a commercial building faced a challenge: only a terrace and single window provided light and ventilation. The solution emerged through furniture-level detailing, turning constraints into design opportunities.

The program required two cabins and workstations. Glass partitions at higher levels created seamless visual continuity, making spaces feel interconnected and expansive. A central planter became the living core, bringing nature into the otherwise dark interior.

The space was unified with a continuous lime coat canvas, integrating furniture and emphasizing fluidity. Curves softened sharp corners, while lime’s brush texture was balanced with wooden flutes and cane panels, adding tactile richness.

The palette was deliberately restrained to grey and brown, allowing textures—lime, wood, cane—to speak clearly. Transparency, greenery, and material unity together transformed a compact site into a warm, functional, and elegant workplace.
